The staff's exceptional service, especially in assisting with an unexpected car issue, truly showcased their dedication to guest satisfaction. The spacious room, though larger than needed, was clean and comfortable, offering a pleasant stay. Despite the hotel's grand entrance, the room didn't quite match the expected luxury. Breakfast was satisfying, with a decent spread, though lacking hot items. The hotel's combination of old-world charm and modern amenities, like the efficient lifts and complimentary water fountains, added an interesting touch. While some aspects, like the room's luxury, fell slightly short of expectations, the overall value proposition, especially in terms of service and cleanliness.
